Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. The average shipping time is 2-3 business days, however this could be more depending on delays with the carrier.

Hot Weather Disclaimer: Due to the nature of the product, your body butter may melt in transit during the warmer months. Please ensure that you track your order and retrieve your items as soon as they arrive to avoid any melting that may occur due to the high temperature. Should your body butter melt, put it in the refrigerator to solidify. 

For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns. Sales are final. We are not responsible for products that melt during transit.  Blended Heaven Essentials is not responsible for any melted shipments. Our whipped body butters if subjected to heat may melt. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds or replacements on melted products. If possible please retrieve your items immediately as they are delivered to avoid heat exposure.
